The brief to Area Sq was to carry out the refurbishment of the 2nd floor, Grand Buildings, in Trafalagar Sq. to create a new prestigious Corporate Head Office with high quality specialist finishes throughout, reflecting the company identity.
Result
The refurbishment of the 2nd floor, Grand Buildings, Trafalgar Sq was completed in an impressive 12 weeks. A combination of specially commissioned furniture and flexible systems products compliment the refurbishment works. The refurbishment included the creation of a new Rotunda catering facility, gymnasium and Executive Suite.
